the hotel has a prime location near the city center. the taxi stand nearby was convenient. the staff at reception were young and always ready to help.
The bed felt lumpy. It made the night uncomfortable. bedding was poly-blend. It caused a sweaty night. there were no english channels available on tv.

i found the location very convenient. it was close to the main shopping area. the bed linen and pillows were of good quality. the rooms were clean and well designed.
when i arrived in my room, it was very warm. there were two air conditioning controls in different places in the room. i turned them down, but it made no difference. the pillows on the bed were filled with some rubbery substance. it provided no support and was very uncomfortable to sleep on.
