Our stay was quite enjoyable overall, especially thanks to the excellent service from the hotel staff and the cleanliness of the facilities. We loved the variety offered during breakfast, which gave a great start to our day. The location is very convenient for exploring Sofia, though the city itself has some infrastructure issues that can detract from the experience. While we'd definitely return to the hotel, our interest in revisiting Sofia isn't very high.

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel, especially enjoying its prime location across from the National Palace of Culture and close to Vitosha pedestrian area filled with shops and restaurants.
